David Patton

David Patton is a second-generation Realtor®, a graduate of Texas A&M, and a licensed Broker - the highest level of real estate licensing with over 900 hours of education. His career began more than 25 years ago when he joined the family business. In 2007 David became the Team's Leader and was joined by his wife, Summer Patton, creating what is known today as the Patton Team. He has been recognized for more than a decade as a 'Five Star Realtor' by Texas Monthly and previously by the Houston Association of Realtors as a 'Top 20 Realtor Under 40'. David has collected rave reviews on HAR's customer surveys and can say he has sold hundreds of homes in his career. His passion for his community includes supporting the American Heart Associations (past Heart Walk Co-Chair, Go Red Executive Leadership Team), Cypress Creek EMS (Former Executive Board Secretary), Klein Volunteer Fire Department (previous Firefighter for 20 years), and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (past Chairman of Equipment Acquisition Committee, past Vice Chairman on Parade Committee) and more. He and Summer were just honored at the “Best of the Northwest Gala” recently for their service to the community. He is known as the ‘First Responder’s Realtor’ and goes out of his way to take care of them.
